Spring collection, behind the scenes

Eight pieces, one winter of testing.

We started in September with a stack of returned jackets and a question: what fails first? The answer, almost every time, was the cuff. So the Skerry got a new cuff, and the new cuff went on the Åland ferry every morning for four months.

The Tide pack lost a pocket and gained a laptop sleeve, because that is what people actually carried. The Moraine boot kept its sole and changed its lining after the wool mill sent us a heavier batch than we had ordered, and we liked it better.

Everything in the collection is in stock now. The repair queue is short, which is how we like it.
